The Semantic Forms Inputs extension is a former extension to extension "Semantic MediaWiki"Allows to store and query data annotated to pages that provides several different additional input types, such as datepicker, timepicker, etc. for use with extension "Page Forms"Allows to create and use forms for adding and editing pages with and without semantic data.
The 1.10.1 release was the last release for this extension. Most of the functionality was merged into the Extension "Page Forms" extension starting with its 3.5 release on February 25, 2016. Make sure that you update all references to the "Semantic Forms Inputs" extension to the "Page Forms" extension in your "LocalSettings.php" file.
