Clinical pathways proved to improve surgical treatment. However, processes in surgery are manifold and often there is not much known about how process models are followed in reality. In addition there is a high potential analysing clinical pathways by enriching them with meta information. Therefore, we will show how we used Semantic Media Wiki in order to model Clinical Pathways in BPMN and enrich them with meta information. These information are stored in a structured way, such that analysing these pathways is possible in a later step.
