Semantic MediaWiki here, BlueSpice Enterprise Distribution there: It’s time to bring these two pieces of MediaWiki software together. Customers and users don’t understand, why they have to choose between these two complementary projects. But how can both sides benefit?
In this session we’ll sketch the current BlueSpice Semantics roadmap. It’s not only about adding some semantic extensions, we should also talk about template repositories and better ways to deliver free and semantic templates with costs to users and customers. Shouldn’t we?
The BlueSpice program can become an interesting way to spread semantic technologies into the professional wiki world. It offers ways to make developers and service providers more visible. We’d like to start a discussion about requirements, priorities, possible collaboration and realistic next steps in this session.
