Small companies can benefit much from information systems that are tailor made and simple to use. With SMW it is possible to create such systems that are also affordable.
Such wiki's support CRM, sales management, calculations and proposals, invoicing, projects and sometimes tasks that are specific for the customer. The result is always tailor made: the system perfectly reflects the processes and terminology of the customer.
In this talk characteristics, best practices and opportunities of such working environments for small companies will be discussed. This will be illustrated with some 'live' demo's.
