Multi-database environment

For a multi-database environment it may be necessary:

• To change the configuration parameter $smwgLocalConnectionConfSets the database connection characteristics for providers used in order for temporary tables to be created independently1 from any replication state on a slave instance
• To set configuration parameter $smwgQTemporaryTablesAutoCommitModeSets whether certain types of database transactions may be performed that cannot be safely logged using global transaction identifiers (GTIDs) where the global transaction identifier (GTID) is enabled (MySQL)
