The Austrian Federal Ministry for Arts, Culture, the Civil Service and Sport has been using MediaWiki for several use cases. The Civil Service Division of the ministry has the task of ensuring a modern management of the administration. Michael Kallinger, Head of Unit for Public Service Innovation will give an overview of wikis with a special focus on www.wissensmanagement.gv.at (a wiki on knowledge management in the public sector in Austria) and www.verwaltungspreis.gv.at (the website for the Austrian Public Service Awards)
