Not working?

Hi, I tried this format with the purpose of synching it to a calendar tool as shown in the video. But I can't get it to work. The link doesn't look at all like the link shown in the video. Has something changed in recent versions?

Yeah, just stumbled upon this myself, too. This one went south. It will be cool if you could create an issue for SRF. Cheers

Well, as a matter of fact I made a mistake in white-listing the url and contrary to earlier messages it works brilliantly!! So I'm not going to create an issue. But I am going to enjoy this awesome feature!

Well, the example here is broken too. So it is up to me again for working this out. I guess I am used to it. Whatever.

Adding ICal link to google calendar

I try adding the ical link by copying the url, logging into google calendar,

Other Calendar >> Add by url >> Url: <Copied icalendar URL> >> Add Calendar URL

The error I get looks like this:

   Failed to add imported calendar <copied iCalendar URL> for <my email address>

Hmm, I do not think that this format supports your use case. I believe that this is something to be reported as an issue/enhancement.

Does anyone know how I may be getting an error of no dstart date?

It uses the same field as dfinish but doesn't appear in the export file

{{#ask:
 [[Booking Status::Booked]]
 [[Booking DJ Name::{{PAGENAME}}]]
 [[Booking Date::>{{CURRENTYEAR}}-{{CURRENTMONTH}}-{{CURRENTDAY}}]]
 | ?Booking Occasion = summary
 | ?Booking Date = start
 | ?Booking Date = end
 | ?Booking Venue = location
 | format = icalendar
 | searchlabel = iCal export
}}

Didn't see this before and I guess that you have figured it out yourself in the meantime. You will have to use different properties for start and end since the value for end overrides the result for start.
