Messages displayed to a user caused by an incomplete rebuild index run

To help users to follow necessary task and keep the installation and maintenance process as simple as possible, the elastic.rebuild_index_run_complete is used as key in the .smw.json file to identify whether the required index setup has been completed or not1 before any Elasticsearch functionality can be made available to a user.
