Conflicting property names caused by switching the capital links setting without the necessary data rebuild

MediaWiki's $wgCapitalLinks configuration setting is "... to avoid forcing the first letter of page titles (including included pages, images and categories) to capitals ..." and makes links and annotated page values entirely case-sensitive.

Any change to this setting requires to run maintenance script "rebuildData.php"Allows to rebuild all the semantic data for a selected data backend/store in order for database fields like smw_sort or smw_sortkey to be re-populated with the new values otherwise conflicting data may remain or be created.
