How to update the translations in the file SMW_LanguageZh_cn.php

The file is SemanticMediaWiki/languages/SMW_LanguageZh_cn.php. Should it be updated by manual translation of the file or via TranslateWiki?

this kind of translations cannot be done via translatewiki.net. You can either send me this file containing all the translations to mediawikikghoffmeyer.de or directly open an pull request on GitHub. In case you know somebody who can also do cn-tw this will be cool too.
