Spam attack on semantic-mediawiki.org

July 2 2010. The site has been subject to various waves of spam attacks during the previous days. Clearly, the captcha that is currently used to prevent this is too weak. As an emergency measure, we have temporarily disabled editing for users who are not contributors or administrators (please send an email to Markus to obtain such a privilege). It is planned to upgrade the captcha soon so that editing can be opened again.
