In this case where the change magnitude for the operations and the whole organization were extraordinary, the presenters who were at the forefront of this work share their experience, lessons learned, and remaining questions. What are the critical things to put in place to ensure buy-in, motivation and confidence, in order to help teams adapt to an agile approach, prototyping and collective working to renew themselves?
