New style for semantic-mediawiki.org

Feb 15 2008. After the initial migration of Semantic MediaWiki's documentation from ontoworld.org, semantic-mediwiki.org finally has received its new look and organisation. Besides the obvious changes of the main page, the documentation also has been reorganised, and the overall structure of the site was adjusted to better fit the needs of different visitor groups. More content for each the new sections will be added throughout the next months.
